Over a year since my last restoration

Got this Lenox Sound over a year ago and went without restoring it. Yeah I know it's not like me but I've been super busy with new business and all.

I was super shocked how clean it was inside and out. Plus it had never been opened which was a plus. Super easy job just replacing belt. Cleaning and demagnetizing tape head and little cleaning of pinch roller and it's fully functional again.

I had been searching for this silver model since 2008 and have only saw this one in all those years. I had gray model and have seen tons of them but the silver one is the one I had back in 80's as my 2nd Boombox. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but hey I'm happy with her!!!

Thanks guys.!!! Not really a quality unit but it served its purpose back in da day. Plus it's given me more gumption with my collection since I've had none for more than a year.

:lol: yeah I figured it would just take a matter of time. Well it took a little over a year to get interested again :-)
