Would like to say I'm a long time reader, but facts are I'm actually new to the site & hampered by the rules of engagement of the site itself.
Used to own a Sony CFS-77 as my first radio and loved it to virtual death until I fell in love with my mail ordered Sony FH11 from out of New York. Several hundred road gigs later, a tour in the military & more education than I care to admit to you fine folks & here I sit.
Did my bets to reacquaint myself with the my old Sony 77 & a new re-vamping project I had in mind, but a couple of siblings and a pilfering neighbor kid later & god only knows where the hell the radio went. So I'll be trolling the sales forum later for folks selling theirs as time goes by. Who knows, given the pawn shop where I repair stuff, I could run across some stuff for you fine folks as well.
Be looking forward to chatting it up & possibly learning something new. God knows I have 35+ years of knowledge to lend if somebody needs it.
