Odd question

I saw a post on FB that somebody needed a crown 950 battery cover
Bryan Spruth, he sent an email asking that I ship to his door and then he will send payment out. I don't have paypal.

He said he wasn't a member of either sites anymore
Should I avoid the transaction altogether or see if he will ship the MO first
