Not sure if this is the place to ask but didn’t no any other way. I see a lot of threads that I’d like to respond to and yet all of them always say: “not open for further replies”. Why are threads closed so early and so often on this form? Thx!!!

Is there any way this might change in the future? Just a thought.
I’ve seen 3+ year old conversations that still have relevance, at least from my point of view.
Threads are automatically closed after a little more than six months after the last reply. Like Hopey mentioned, it prevents new members from resurrecting a thread that's pretty much "dead."
You can always start a new thread on the same subject and include a link to the original thread as a reference.
