Nikonfoo and Rudey London meet up.

Geoff and his wife are on the way to Morocco for their holidays and have an overnight stop in London.
I met up with them and had a quick coffee in Shorditch this evening (they had only got into Heathrow a few hours earlier from Japan and were tired).
Great to meet them both and what a great gift to bring me. A Sanyo MR-X3 (MR-X620). Needless to say I was getting a lot of looks on the rush hour train back home!

Safe journey tomorrow Geoff.

Nice picture,cool that you'all met up like that. Gotta tell ya though I'm not seeing any smiles in those pics.😄😄😄

Oh yea, nice meet and gift! Awesome members! :yes: I think Nikonfoo is the one with hand on the boomer and Rudey one wearing pants.. :hmmm:

Ps. London is a great place, visited there last summer. Nice pubs and a lot to see! Please mind the gap!

You guys crack me up!!! For a second, I thought you guys were being serious! But after looking at the photo a few times, I just started laughing!

If I were to guess, I think Geoff is on the left and Rory is on the right.

If you zoom in on the guy on the left, he looks like a priest!

So cool that you guys met up. Like I've always said, at the end of the day it's really not about the boxes but rather the human connections we make because of our boomboxes!

Ah, meeting up like this seems such a nice thing to do and I'm pleased it went well. :thumbsup:

Lol! I looked at the pics again and realised that the hats, messenger bags, coats are the same!

In all the excitement of seeing two members I just want to draw attention to the MX-3 ! Damn that's awesome and what a cool mid size box.
