Newbie here. I've always wanted a boombox and I finally found one for sale near me, and it was cheap too. It's a Magnabox D8443 that's in decent shape. I'm looking forward to upgrading it. This is a great site!

If you appreciate vintage boomboxes, you have found the best place on planet earth. Lots of wisdom, experience and talent on here. There is an introduction section to formerly introduce yourself to the members here if you wish to do so.

This hobby is addicting. You'll be buying shelves and stacking them to the ceiling before you know it. :thumbsup:

Nice one bdub and welcome.
I only started collecting myself this year and I'm up to 7 boxes already, lol.
Thought I would only by one or two and that would be me, but there's so many great boxes to collect.

Prices are rising on ebay, but you can still get decent bargains, especially in charity shops etc.
