well guys i had gotten this geourgus m90 a while ago ...first thing i did was pull it apart to clean all the speakers and give a good cleaning. This is a fully functioning m90 so i wanted it to look just like it sounds
so the first thing I did was go hunting for the color at the body shop supply but this guy who im dealing with for over 20 years wanted 55$ a can for the paint
needless to say i told him he was outta his mind. so now I thought I was stuck but thats when a boombox angel stepped in... that person was blu fuz
Joe was able to get the color matched for me and at a very reasonable cost
so a big thankyou to him ....
so now that i had all the cards in a row let the games begin. First thing was a complete tear down... every part was washed then prepped to paint. Wasn't really shure what to do with tweeter bezels at first but as I went along with this i got a great idea for them. First was to strip the entire finish... I taped them off to save the black around the outer part. I sprayed with a bright silver 3 coats.. then i gave a good 3 coats of gloss clear.
When it was cured i taped off the silver and used a flat black around the bezels just like the originals. They came out fantastic. the box recieved 2 coats of color and 3 coats of a matte clear. Grills were also stripped and painted with a semi gloss black...all the chrome was polished and put back together

here are the pics before and after
