Yes i use the mixer for all the decks i.e tape decks , cd decks , minidisc deck and so on ! instead of putting them all into the amps in turn cuts any buzzing or hiss noises right out ! only graphic eq on each amp and speakers the rest in the mixer all amps run seperately with their own e.q and speakers this is how you can cut the background noises right out ! the amps run in and out of the mixer seperately again cuts noises out ! mixers are a great way for adding more inputs & outputs and the fact of adding more than one amp is always great and sounds fecking amazing ! this mixer i have is ok for a cheap one £150 i paid for it brand new off Ebay ! but make sure you get one with RCA inputs & outputs this has them and XLR and jacks ! it also has bluetooth wireless USB and MMC card readers ! propper good deal ! the model is a RESIDENT DJ MIXER Iteam number 10021734 couldnt find a model number but i got mine on Ebay ! i did have a Relistic mixer from the 80s with 8 channals with RCA inputs & outputs with nice VU meters but saddly gave up the ghost ! i would rather an oldschool mixer like that myself as i think they look much nicer and it was a nice grey colour too which goes better with my gear to be fair !or even this one in black would look better .

Thank you Deech ! yeah must say we are very lucky ! my son who is 3 years old loves it just trying to keep him from being bord so he has his tech and loves it and loves music too !

Can confirm this is a kick A$$ system as the amps eq 's were mine lol have the same in silver now, all that's needed is some decent speakers lad and we will try to sort that out bro....btw where are you living now lad? cardigan is a shite hole i'll deffo say that lol

I owned that modern Technics tape deck back in the day. Bought it at Lechmere back in the day at close out. That is a really nice deck!

fairplay bro it is a kickass system its now shaking the ****ing house with these sansui SP-7100 speakers along side my TECHNICS speakers loving it cheers bro !
