Hey guys this site seems pretty cool so I thought I'd join ya and say Hello.I found you through another audio site Audiokarma. We talk about boomboxes there once and awhile and this site was mentioned so I had to check it out.
Just finished restoring a Sharp GF-777 so I thought I post some pics.

Thanks guys.I found it at and auto parts store,the guy sold it to me for $50 but it was covered with grease,dust and scratches and no grills.I got some better speakers for it and made a pair of replacement grills.Then I got some aluminum sheet metal and had it cut to fit the top and side panels since they were all messed up.Then took it to my tech for the cassettes and to put LEDs in the tuner dial and there she is. Still missing one switch cover though.

Sony speakers,6 ohm, from an all in one system they sound good and I made the grills myself.
