Last week i got this nice NIB i931, a complete chrome trim kit, an i931 battery cover and 2Xi931 antennas from our one and only Boomboxery member SLO from California  This was part of a trade that we did...and it was an intense trade to say the least  . Anyways, today i finally had time to transfer the chrome trim onto the Lasonic, and i also replaced the 2 antennas that were broken on 2 of my other i931's and put on the battery cover on the one that was missing it's battery cover...and i'm happy to say all 20 of my i931's are now ALL complete...thanks again SLO you are an amazing guy and i can't thank you enough

Also, thanks to member blu_fuz for giving me the courage to do this...at first it sounded complicated...and it ended up being super easy...thanks man for the guidance

So here are the pics...before and after...and yes i much prefer the chrome trims!

Nice, this looks much better with the chrome trims. I have an older non BT one in the same combo and it always draws the looks :-)

This new one is much more powerful than my other ones...when i press the Loudness button there is a dramatic change in power...like a big bass boost

Dibs on your i931

Yeah, way better.
Has anyone thought of rotating those rings so the crossbars are vertical? Just a thought.

That is part of the plan with my Lasonic Limo, but all new holes need to be drilled..

Hey Gordie it came out GREAT! And to say it was an intense trade is an understatement  We laughed  We cried  But in the end we pulled it all off  I really wish I could have scored those Lasonic speakers and surprised you with em, they would have really made that thing pop even more. Im just glad everything arrived intact and unharmed.

Thanks! And your very welcome man, it was a pleasure doin the deal from beginning, to end! I would do it all again, and I'm sure we will, eventually!
