you are NOT wrong :-D

i forget the model # - ?
but there is a cool/rare conion that looks like yours

Yes, there is a Conion version(i thought the H58) but there is also a identical version that is called the SOUND 4008.

Update: It must be the Conion H28 and not the H58)

canadian member elwood --has the conion version -
he says it sounds GREAT !!!

Yes, the sound sure is decent for the size of the box.. and it brings a lot of memories back from my childhood so i am very pleased to have one in the collection now.

Thanks brothers for all the nice comments!

Tnx Mr.Alan ,Mr.Storm and Mr.Rok for the kind words.......Its sure a mid-size box...You can compare the seize with that from a SHARP GF 9292 but on the pics it looks bigger because of the cassette-door that is quite small..the leds are really nice like some of you have mentioned..they also work independent (so in stereo)from each other like others some work as mono leds..

:agree: with everyone, thats a sweet and SUPER clean radio!

Where did you come across it?

Thnx Bro! I found this one also on an auction site...Today i bougth myself two more boxes..the Philips D8304 in Yellow in really perfect condition and with a decent sound and a more recent JVC rc ST 1, a sort of an egg like box..it looks and works like new... BUT..Its nice for my little girl but not for me..the sound is not something you want to brag about!

Pics will follow soon!
