New addition from Ira !

Not long back i posted my first 'Wanted' post.

Basically i was after anything minty, rare or something
sweet i didnt have or was hard to find.

When i mentioned a Pioneer SK909 or similar was on my list Ira was on it for
me like a shot !
I think it must have been on its way before we had even finished
sending PM's because it was here before i even had the chance to pay
for it :-O :-O

I have always loved the looks of these Pioneer's and new i would
have to source one someday. Thanks to Ira i have one and couldnt be happier :-D

A big thankyou to Ira for his trust and for making it happen :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

i knew that 808 would be hard for you to find at walmarts or in australia ......

Sounds fantastic, like you would expect from a Pioneer :yes:
and very heavy unit too :-O

I love this box, for my eye has recently shifted to the beauty of the Looooong box.
It looks like a stretch limo when you carry it down the street.
My new wish list includes the long and lovely Lasonic L30.

Thanks for the coments too guys, this is a rare boombox, they dont
seem to show up or get talked about often but i knew the first time
i seen one i would have to have one :yes: :yes: and when im not
using it to make a lot of noise :-D it is sitting pretty in my "collection room"
because i love how it looks.

I would happily have 2 5350's Ira :yes:

I have recently picked up a very nice woody :-D i will try and take some pics of that today.

They are a cracking looking box, and the sound is superb. Pioneer boxes are always top banana and that is one model I'd really love to snag.
