Need help changing GF6060 plastic security glass

Hey, I'm trying to restrore my 6060 and I've encountered a problem with security glass ( http://imgur.com/48uzJ that's the photo of a place I'm talking about, because I don't really know it's name ). So this plastic is scratched a lot and has a big crack and I really want to change it. Where can I buy the spare part or how can I make an alternative version of it?
PS If I want to respray dark brown with grey should I apply a layer of white first?

I had the same idea before even posting the question. And i went to senukai to look for this piece of plastic, but it seems that they dont cut it anymore. But ill keep looking. I also wanted to hear some different opinions. Ai ir senas plastikas yra su relfjefu, tai as bijau kad idejes nauja tiesu plastika tas dalykas kuris rodo dazni negales judet nes liesis su plastiku.
