Need Aimor ST804 cassette motor connector position

if you look carefully at the PCB it should be marked (Motor +, - ). Failing that try to find the service manual.

Obviously this should go without saying but anyway, always take photos when you remove wires or work on a unit where you break it right down.

It was years ago when I was a kid I didn't care than but know I do the motor is now connected but it doesn't turn when I press play

Check voltages at those wires on the pcb with play pressed. If no voltage, either the wires are in the wrong place, or there may be a leaf switch in the deck which is broken.

Mechanically on the deck when you press play, it may engage a small leaf switch to tell the motor to turn on. A leaf switch is normally connected to two small wires.
I do not know this deck but that would be my first guess.

Yes I found it somebody (not me) cut the wires for it of? We're do they go?
