Yes sir that is earth wind and fire. I have had that for a while and now its time for a frame to hang it in his room.
When he gave my dad his Sharp 8989 2 he then realized he had nothing to listen to his iPod with.
He was such a saint to give gramp the Sharpie so this is his reward for being so selfless. My pics do it no justice it really looks great and very minty.
Sound is very nice and features are that of a quality model.
Holds it own in the bass department too.
I will get some better pics with the happy boy tommorow outside with some natural light to show of her beautiful white woofers.

I'd be stoked to get one of those boxes to add to my collection, they really look superb and I've heard nothing but positive comments about them.

Very nice, and definitely one I've got an eye on for the future. :surf:

these are nice boxes i had the 5080 which is a step below that one /identical case design minus a few features ,but one hell of a solid box and nice and chunky like you said ,i'm sure jake will love that bad boy :sin: .

EARTH WIND & FIRE RULE!!!

EW&F was the second concert I ever went to, circa 1980 in Bremen, Germany. That was back in the day when they had the massive stage show with pyrotechnics, over the top costumes and all kinds of cool **** goin' on with trap doors in the stage! I'll never forget that.

Since then I've seen them two or three more times, plus I'll be seeing them again on June 29th in Clearwater. They are playing at a venue known for "perfect" sound qualities! I can't wait!!

The first real concert was a Hot Chocolate show Munich, back in 1979. I was 12 or 13. My parents were (and still are, actually) so cool..., to take me to shows like that at that age!

Oh, and Frank.... nothing but compliments for your son Jake!!! Anyone who spends 10 minutes around him can tell what well-mannered and intelligent kid you have, and that you guys are very involved with him. I hope we do as well with David!

I cant wait to see him tonight He has a school play tonight in which
he will be working back stage so he will have to wait till we get home.
We will take some father son shots outside if its not too late when we get in.

Well, I finally got the chance to kick back and throw my feet up.
Jake was very excited when he got home today, I of course played it off like it wasn't here yet.
For some reason or another he had an Idea it had arrived. (can you say blabermouth???) :no:
Any how here are the proud boys and their favorite Panasonic's. :cool:
