My New Sanyo M-9990K!!

Hi everyone-Thanks to Ira I now have a great Sanyo M-9990K! (He found it for me)
I have a little brother for my 9994 now.
This thing cleaned up really nice!!
Everything works except I can't get am to work yet.
Still have to clean a little inside but all cassette functions are good.
It was well taken care of and I like it that it's the 'K' version meaning 4 bands.
I really like it that the clock is 100% working!!
Also the dial light is really nice on this.

I like the sound-really sounds bassy for a box this size.
The more I played it the better it sounded.
Just a little dirty so the more I work it and use it the better.
I have cleaned it up 1 better since these photos so next series of photos will really shine!!
Oh-Only 1 thing-missing 1 barrel shaft for the function(chrome little round tip)Anybody got one??

Very nice GB, the 9990 is a great box and has outstanding sound for its size.

Hi guys-Ira found it for me but I bought it off of e-bay so it did come from e-bay.
Ira just led me to the golden boomboxes in heaven!
Hopefully there will be more!

Nice looking box. I have 3 of them. Unfortunately, Sanyos with dead AM is common, perhaps too common. Fortunately, AM is not the most listened to band. Enjoy this very popular box -- looks like a keeper.

jeff --ace hardware has one foot lengths --of 1/4" aluminum rod --
its only a few bucks --so you could make that barrel shaft

Thanks guys-It actually cleaned up so nice-it's even better now after the 2nd. cleaning.
I'm now looking to get some parts for my 9994 and am going to get a 9994K someday soon-These are really powerful boomers!!
I'm loving that the 9994 has a little brother to show in front of it.
It's a great boomer and at 72.00 or something like that is was so cheap!
