Haven't been collecting for a LOOOOONG time, but recently got back into keeping an eye out as well as posting on here again. I've also been hitting Berlins wonderful flea markets and have found some great boxes. One of which I snapped up last saturday, the other 2 will be mine next weekend.
Anyway, I'm a massive fan of the Unisef sz5000, and have owned a few in my time. I reduced down to only one, but this only lasted till last sunday. I managed to pick up a FULLY WORKING sz5100 for 15.30 euros!!!!!! I couldn't believe when I got home that it was fully functioning. The speakers on these are prone to going as well as the radio being dodgy. Issues with tape deck speed is also a common fault with these, but this had absolutely nothing worng with it operation wise. Even the original aerials are intact. The bad news is that it requires a power button, and there is a teeny dent on the tuner window area, but THAT'S IT!!!
So, here is a pre clean up pic. I'll post up another after I've cleaned it.
