my new find

so i needed to get some stuff for class today and i decided to hit a few spots for boxes along the way. this is what i found.

Do the speakers need refoaming?

Awesome find Sin, that's the only Aiwa 3-piece I would like to have and yours looks fantastic.

That is where the bass radiator is Bobby. It uses a thin wide oval bass radiator like the cs880,but oval. ,There are square ports in the sides of the main unit that match up with holes in the sides of the speakers cabinets. The bass radiator only works when the speakers are attached to the main unit. That is how the sound waves get from the speakers to the bass radiator.

Thanks Dave,I used to have a CA-70 and a CA-W20 ,but I was stupid :grim: and sold it. Now I'm looking for another one.......

the power it emits --is not even 1/5 of the big 880 radiator -
so -we should not have sin expext to be blown away-
