My new Crown 950L

A few days ago a Crown 950L have been added to my collection :

Is not mint, but I like it. Some noise with the controls, and drivers are not in optimal condition, but all and all are good. The sound dissapointed me a bit, I always imagine a better sounding model. I'm happy with it anyway.

we were discussing the most iconic boomers a while back and the crown 950 may not be the most well known but i think it has the quintessential boombox look. I think its Bill who has a black one

i always loved the sound of the 950 , it just don't have 8'' woofers like you would think it does .

this is a mid sized box that prolly only cost 1/2 of what an m70 cost new .

it's good sounding box just not a huge sounding one .

Congrats. One of my favorite too. Not all is about sound. The look of 950 is a killer IMO
