This box is New in Box .acording to the previous onwer purchased this year for him from a electronics store .
when I speak With Him, told me it sounded a bit distorted at high volume, but i found the problem the right channel is almost unheard of when I move the balance. so for now , this weekend will investigate a bit but if you have a little cleaning to fix , :-/
