It's a Quasar. Sounds great and I take it with me every where. Looking to get some cool ones in the future! I'll post more pics and the model number later.

Cool looking box, not a bad place to start... kinda reminds me of the Panasonic RX-5300.

That's a nice Quasar. And the LCD clock doubles as an LCD tape counter too - sweet!! :cool:

Quasar was considered the low end of the 3,( Quasar, panasonic and Technics) But they were still just as beutiful :thumbsup: :hi:

Thanks everyone. Any yeah I'm from Miami, FL in the good ol USA.

This box was given to my late sister by my dad, then my older brother had it. Now me. It is a great piece of kit to take to the beach, I get compliments on it as people usually don't see those around here with their fancy South Beach new stuff. "Where's the cd player?" .... jeez. :afro:

we are 60 miles north of you in a dinky town you have never even
heard of --boynton beach |-) |-)
