My collection

Here is my modest collection. Everything works with the JVC 550, JVC M90, JVC 838, and Toshiba Bombeat 12. The Lasonic trc-920 has given me trouble. I’ve restored the tape deck twice and it’s again not working broken. Honestly it feels like a light toy compared to the other blasters. Not a fan of this boombox although it looks great as a piece of art. Just don’t look at it too long or it might crumble lol.

Oddly.. out of all of those radios, The Lasonic is my Favourite, i usually go for the lower Quality ones now more than the top ones.. i have always like 920, but they were never sold here in UK.

Nice collection! I like how the Transformers Blaster gets his own shelf, too :)
Blaster is typically in front of my 550 which I had taken off the shelf to clean and play with a bit. i Have a small house and we need all the shelving space we can get :)

The 920 is just so damn brittle. It does sounds great, much better than my JVC 838 and Toshiba. i love the quality and looks of the Toshiba and wanted a Bombeat 40 badly but they were so rare about 10 yrs back. Do anyone know why there are so many examples on eBay nowadays?
