cheers guys,
hitachi needs a good service powers up but no tape, and loads of feed back.
id only sell the 767 if i upgrade

Nice collection there... What is the name of the doubledeck box in the middle of the first stack? 'Kinda like the style on that one.

Dig that yellow Philips! Those boxes don't get much love around here, but I love that Philips were not afraid to make their cheap boxes look different. They tried a lot of adventurous styles. I'm thinking of building a sub-collection of weird Philips / Magnavoxes.

I have never seen a detailed thread on those Yellow Phillips....I think that would be a good read. I don't seem many pictures either :no:

There's a Yellow Maggie on Craigslist in My area for $30.

Got my minty Yellow D8300 for like $30 at thrift store. Then bought original owners manual for $10. It's not a bad unit although I like the D8443 better. But I keep this one because Jeannie also had one of these as a teen ;-)

its a roberts RC-2030 ,its not a bad sound
