so i bought this last december with 11 other boxes from a former collector.

smelled like dog piss.
barely worked.
dirty , filthy, slimy .
cheap!

perfect box to customize.

can it be brought back ?
can it be made better?
can it be anything lol?

note the flimsy speakers and the good ole crappy piezo tweeters.
the ugly ass handle.
the fact it's a piece of shlt right now.

first on the list .
clean the controls .

secondly rebelt the decks .

third , get rid of those wimpy speakers and ugly square grills .

fourth , add real speakers and grills.
fifth . get rid of the dollar store looking handle.
ok here's the victim , just imagine the peoples court music playing .

Can't wait to see it Floyd. I have an aka beat up parts unit if you need parts. Has the same cheap handle though. The Kingspoint I use to own had chrome Handle ends

Floyd the parts unit I have has silver tuner face and cheap black deck keys

as soon as i can make some better tweeter grills i want to add the mid's that go with the speakers i installed, which will make it a 3 way speaker system ,they came from my helix hx 905 and the speakers are very loud and bassy and almost identical to lasonic speakers. the highs on this thing are greatly increased , the best part is the amp seems very strong in this box and can drive the speakers hard .

the can of spray paint would cost more than the box lol. but i was going to paint around the woofers silver or just paint the whole box either black or silver including the tweeter covers.
