How does it sound? I've never heard one of those in person.
 
My mates mum had one in her dance studio when i was in my teens and I can remember us sneaking it out to the beach and also remember it pumping like a mother........................ :-O

Ohh, superb score OSS!!

Love these futuristic Akais! They're quite plentiful in .au/.nz, but seem to be rare everywhere else on the planet.
Still yet to nab one myself, but hope to eventually. The design and colour ways are totally rockin!

Boy does this baby PUMP!!
The sound is large and powerful, too bad the speakers are so small because I get the feeling it could go even bigger with larger ones.
It's bassful enough but that's not it's main strength, (not with these little speakers anyway)
Here's the only sad face though...
No batery cover. :-/
Believe me when I say I scoured that Thrift store and asked everyone who worked there if they saw it anywhere.
I guess I'll fabricate something, it's got to be a good one.
