This is amazing work!

Conion C100 bottom leg area was all broken with missing pieces and see how a friend of mine fixed it. He is still working. Needs to sand the edges to shape it and paint.

Put the mold on the good foot, allowed to set. Detached then filled with liquid plastic stuff perhaps?? I've no idea really, way beyond my crap skill sets. Looks good though.

Basically you need a good box to make the perfect mold.

That means we cannot start a project with one single broken box.

Mold is well made from inside and outside of the box where you want to fix.

Mold needs to be placed from both sides and taped well not to have any leaks. Spray mold release wax on the sides before one place it from both sides. Align the mold properly check again for any leaks and pour the 2 pack resin. Check set time and full cure time for the resin mix before removing the mold. This is a simple way to explain it.

Do a couple of trials of making other molds and curing before making the final attempt with the broken box.

We both had a good discussion before this attempt.

I've already informed him about this post.
