On saturday was a big oldskool scooter meeting near vienna.
I was there too: :vespa:

wonderful location in the hills with a little sea

for the hungry ones enough food

some small talk with the "freaks"
Here with stefan, he bought a 1963` Vespa Sprint

starting the engines

Before i wanted to start to the meeting with my 225ccm Vespa GS (the GhettoBlaster).
But the carburator made troubles.
So i took the 150ccm Vespa Cosa.
But it´s to slow to drive with the whole group, our young guys want to make speed.

So i drove alone to the meeting.
And it was good so.

2 villages before the meeting, i asked for the way.
He told me how to drive and if i want to come in.
They are just starting a little garage sale (residence cleaning)

You must see it from the other side.
If we would be not collecting, nobody would care about this old radio.
There have been also 2 other boxes.
A cheap PHILIPS compo and a SIEMENS music champ.
Forgotten to take pics, but trash.

The guy was still happy to get 20euros for this old thing.
So happy, he added me 3 walkys, headphones, mics,...

Wow, what a great story and pictures. I wasn't sure where the story was going..."Did he take a radio on the ride?", "Did others bring their radios on the ride?"

But to find a new radio, in the box at a yard sale for CHEAP! The best out come of all!

Maybe i would have taken the PHILIPS compo too, but i don´t want to overload the scooter.

And he also gave me a SANWA, UNIVERSUM and PHILIPS (moving sound) walky, 2 headphones and a mic (for the box) for free:
