Look at the Amazon page again... The used one for sale is over $21, while the new ones are $13??? WTF? LOL!

And, if you look at the one reviewer's comments, I think that might shed some light on what's going on here... He says "I was fascinated by this audio tape program that I got the Copyrights to produce the tape myself."

So, I'm thinking that the scam is that you copy the tape and sell the copies of the tape.... After you pay some copywright fee to the author...
