M90 Sound Issue

I've got this on my custom and stock (to a lesser extent) M90s.

When running, on any mode, the sound cuts and pops and has a 'sound of the ocean' type noise when the back panel is even slightly pushed, or the box itself is moved around.

When left still, it's all fine and dandy.

When the box is apart just even lightly touching the back panel where the inputs/outputs are results in this popping and sound issue.

To my uneducated ear it sounds like a bad connection somewhere inside, but I'm not sure where to look?
All the jumper connectors have been removed and deoxited, but I guess it could be a dry solder joint somewhere.
Could it even be the record switch?

I can do a video of this if that'll help, but I'm hoping someone can tell me what section or board I should be paying attention to.

Thanks!

Rick sounds to me like a bad solder joint. Maybe in the input RCA jack to board. Had this issue on my TRC975. Heat up joints with solder iron, hopefully should rectify problem. If not maybe a cracked trace :hmmm: good luck
