So long story short. I got a Pioneer Sk-95 I replaced the belts but the tape is playing too slow. I tried adjusting the potentiometer in the back of the motor but it's maxed out. The belt seemed to be the correct ones and everything seems to be in the proper place. I'm thinking the cassette motor might be done. The shaft turns freely as well not stiff. Curious if anyone has one out there?

You have to get the belts with a perfect fit not two tight. You can service the motor as well.
