So I finally purchased a 931 1st edition for $80 
when I received the bbx the box it came in had a huge hole in it. I was totally freaking :annoyed: I did not hear rattling so I was a little less worried. When I got it open I noticed the band knob was off and then I noticed the opening where the band switch post was suppose to be was not there. I looked in the hole and could not see nothing. So I took back off bbx and noticed the tuner board was missing 2 screws and was pushed outward causing the switch post to be out of hole and leaning on board, man was I relieved. So I put it back in place and added extra screws and switch worked perfectly 
Next I had to completely clean box inside and out. The chrome had so much embedded dirt that my fiancé had an idea to use an eraser from pencil to shine up chrome, and it worked brilliantly 
I also had ordered a new antenna from lasonic and got a tuner knob from member trc911 Tape deck A needed a new belt in order to work 100% and I still waiting for a replacement deck for B because the head assembly does not move into position for play or FF
