Found at the Lansing (Michigan) radio collectors' meet on July 9, 2010 (for $5.00!)...
This pearl white Lasonic TRC-919.
I've never seen one before, have you?
I like the nameplate, with "Lasonic" in blue, and the gold trim on the cassette door.
And notice the separate bass & treble controls, along with the separate left and right speaker volume controls.
Very classy for a smallish boombox, don't you think?
And, yes, it sounds good (for its size).

thats awesome the old lasonic quality is great ! not all lasonics are cheaply built they had a few that were very well built units.

wow and its basicly the brother of the 909 which is a loudmouth of a box with some good bass for it size ask ira he can tell you....
