Lasonic i931BT can't turn on

Help, my new Lasonic i931BT which just bought 1 month can't turn on. Neither by pwoer switch or the IR remote controller.

No matter by ac or dc. I sent it to a local Repairer workshop. They check that the power is correctly sent to main board not no power,but the infrared ray didn't be initial. Do someone know how to fix it?

If it's only 1 month old, why not contact Lasonic under warranty? Also, you should check with fresh set of batteries. These boomboxes require almost full battery voltage in order to work. Even slightly low and it won't turn on.

I have contacted their international email,but no responding for 3 working days. And almost 1 month ago,their web page funtioned error lasting weeks. I guess the company is bankrupt like its parent company ,Yunfu company in Taiwan. /_\ I can't get help,so I can only depend on the local repairer workshop.

My i931btq situation :AC DC power is both all right. Thay both can generate 2~5v. The problem is due to the initial circuit.

When First I plug in the socket. It's in sleep mode,But my initial circuit seems damaged . When I push the power switch,the power didn't push the CPU IC to boot. to display LCD screen and other actions. Does someone know that is there any schematic or total mainboard photo(correctly functioned one)?

Lasonic has absolutely no schemes or service manuals on any of their products. I would try calling them as I know they are still manufacturing since they just came out with another new variation/color to the I931 BTQ. I know another member who had same exact issue with an I931 and then one day it started working again and still works to this day. Here is site

How is 2~5 volts anywhere near enough?

^ Might be missing a couple of LCD segments in the "1" on the old Fluke. I've only turned on my i931X once. That was enough.
Hope you get it straightened out, though.

Their service contact email both are not respond. Finally I found their facebook fans page. Thanks god,their administrator give me a salesman email. Hope my i931bt can get repaired this time.
