LASONiC Car Amplifier

Just bought a LASONiC amplifier off ebay for $40 shipped and it's rated 160 watts. perfect for my monte or s10 I have 4 12"s ,a 10" ,two 15"s, and two 975 woofers (8") sitting in my garage that I recently refound just have to pick and choose what to hook up

i saw that amp too...pretty rare eh? nice score! if i were you, i'd go with the 12s or maybe the 15s. that amp might send those 975 8-inchers flying out the box in a trail of smoke.

I hooked up a pair of POINT 3 yes Point 3 watt speakers from a little chinese toy- hooked it up to my 300 watt sony amp and cranked up coolio's 'Gangstas Paradise' all the way to 10. They were blasting out as hard as they could for about 2 minutes and they were red hot the metal was so hot I pushed it with a pencil anf it bent but the music was still playing, finally I turned the bass button on and the thing popped It held up great for being a 2 cent speaker

I am thinking of incorporating them and the speaker guards as well, but I am seriously thinking of some 12s

Just got it today, and boy is it HEAVY!!! The lasonic company put a lot of money into making this, it weighs close to 10 lbs

And it's HUGE for an amp- oh and about internal pics I don't dare dive into this one
