Lasonic 975 Motor help

Hi guys, I finally picked up a 975 in great condition but the tape decks weren't working. On further inspection inside I found that the drive motor wasn't connected. I have no problems soldering the wires back into place, but I'm not exactly sure which ones go where. If anyone could provide a picture of the 975 all hooked up correctly I would be greatly appreciative.

Why weren't they connected? Wires don't usually disconnect themselves. I wonder if the reason is because they were running on continuously so they were disconnected to prevent that from occuring.

I have no idea why they were disconnected in the first place, this boombox was acquired from a Craigslist seller who said he hadn't really touched it much since the 80s.
