Lasonic 935/951/975 speed button same as 931 power button?

I have a 975 that had the speed button pulled out for some reason - does anyone know if the 931 power button is the same mounting pin that the 975 speed button is? It's square shaft on the 975, that's all I know .

I don't believe they are the same that will just connect right up but possibly it can be used with some finess

I was hoping for "close" - if it has the same shaft mounting and generally the same diameter, then I could probably work with it......
