So i got myself this out of Aussie few weeks ago. I got a mate to bring it over (saved a bit on postage)
on opening it, everything was intact, no case cracks or sign of box damage, but...........deck looked like thisIMG_20180807_073723.jpg

fair to say i was rather pissed

i set out getting it apart to see what happened. total destruction.

on closer inspection it seems it has already been broken and partly repaired and the fact it only had 5 different screws holding back case together probably didnt help. there was bits broken/missing that i couldnt find. there is nothing holding the tuner bit on the top and only 3 tabs on the bottom. I asked the guy i got it off what he knew about it but he claims hes never had it open and only used as a display piece.
i managed to get it out in 1 piece and set a plan to repair.

i got some Selleys, knead it. just a epoxy putty type thing. it definitely wont win a 'prettiest repair' prize but i got it together. DSC04419.JPGDSC04410.JPG

so i finally got to test it to see what works. thankfully everything is working good. even both decks playing.

i cant seem to find any pics of the insides of another Korean c100. it seems there are parts from different radios in mine. not sure about the tuner wheel. its huge but the Jap version is small? it seems to work so no issue there.
the bit ive come stuck on now is the frame that holds the lower cassette keys. im positive its off a different radio. it screws on to the deck perfect and the keys all line up, but it seems to be too low down. the play and rec button bottom out before they can engage play. it was actually bent when i was looking at it and i had thought it was from whatever had busted the chassis but im now thinking it was done on purpose to hold the keys up for show. they didnt quite touch properly when it was bent. as you can see the keys are way to far down. cant push them at all.

the keys themselves have been mashed up and glued together. they look to be in the right place its just play/rec hit the frame. the others work fine.
the Jap version looks to have a completely different deck so not sure if i need that bit or try finding/making something to fit this deck?
