killer box from LLopez

i got this cool box from miguel. when i was a kid, i grew up in a small town in central texas, and the place to get stereo stuff was an appliance store. and they sold GE. so i always had lots of their radios and stuff around. this thing sounds great and is in perfect condition. as always, he packs things perfectly and is right on top of the tracking numbers et al. PLUS he included a kick ass mix tape. it cranks pretty loud and has good low end. this is the first sort of bigger box i've ever had. i've been playing tapes on it non-stop since it showed up.

it's smoking loud on my kitchen counter right now hahahaha.
you know the way the transport controls are recessed, that's kinda hep. sometimes those buttons get damaged when they hang out the front, these are kinda tucked away.

My personal grail box, it was the first one I bought on e-Bay a few years back! I love mine. They are very easy to work on, not much inside,just a lot of screws to undo.

I like these top-mounted designs, it shows they were meant to be used at ground level so you can still see the tuner scale and such while standing up.
