When I got mine it was pretty dirty as well but worked just fine. Give it some love and it'll shine again
It's a good thing for example that you can screw off the chrome rims that surround the speakers. Makes polishing them a lot easier

M70 is the overall best boomer! Nothing like a good working M70! No doubt about that!

So I tested the player with mp3 m70 because he comes quickly to its limits it's ok, a phono output but my 850 I can not do without the loud it distorts
