Thank's for the ad, and hello from France, Normandie.I pick up this JVC 656 L for 20 bucks.
Work fine.Juste wonder if the DIN RCD/PB plug allow line in and line out.Sincerely

If you have the right din plug it should allow you to play and record from an external source ,
I had one of this model but I thought it had a normal line in jack on the side.

Hi,I have the JVC 656JW and being that he has the European din for in and out he’ll need that I think it’s a 5 pin Din adaptor that can make it work on normal RCA or 1/8” end on it.
Mine has Line-in on the side(RCA) if I remember the L version may look a little different. Can you show a photo and of the plug?

We used to have a British member on here who was very knowledgable on this model but I’ve not seen him post for over two years. John Beosystem10 I think it was.

Yes John was a real knowledgeable guy especially with the 656 which was one of his favorites.
