JVC PC-W35 drive gear

I've spent some time cleaning and restoring this JVC PC-W35. The last step comes down to the drive gear on deck 2.

Are there any spares out there? I've looked in all the usual places. Does anybody 3d print these?

14.5mm diam
1.5mm id
46 teeth

I don't want to bin this boombox just for a gear wheel.

I assume that this JVC has a Tanashin cassette mechanism.
Such a mechanism you can found in many cheap boomboxes - eggs and similar...
You should find another boombox and use it as a donor.

I think someone out there could 3D print you a gear, maybe a member here might reply.

The teeth were wobbly so i tried to glue them in place. Obviously they then fell off

Well, it took 2 days of searching to find these. Not easy since the listing says 'pinch rollers', but that is clearly the Tanashin mechanism.
