Anyone know where can find good condition JVC PC-5 speaker foam?

Remove the gasket and rub off old foam, apply glue to cone. center the surround evenly as you place it on cone.

Google says PC-5 4.5 inc not 4inc..

if i wasn't so ill i would send you some. i'm lucky if i get out of bed these days

it isn't as hard as it looks. it used to take me about 15 minutes to do a pair of them

People measure speakers in different ways. Some people measure just the cone itself. Some people measure across the entire frame. Some people measure across the screw holes.

I wouldn't worry about it. Those are the rings he used, and they clearly worked great.

woofers are measured straight across from one side to the other no angles it's the width of the frame straight across. only the screw hole pattern are measured diagonally on some speakers with oversized flanges.

I mean narrowing these down just takes measurements so it's work so now you know what to do measure your speakers. I'm pretty sure these are 4-in woofers I haven't seen any 4.5 inch woofers on a JVC it's either 4 inch or 5 in. and I know they're not 5-in because the pc5 has smaller speakers than the pc55 and the PC 55 has 5-in speakers.
