Got this through word of mouth around town. The way I find most radios....they find me.
First boomer find of 2017.

Dusty and dirty,I got it a couple days ago. A good Windex outside,Deox the inside.
Everything working very well.
It even came filled with charged batteries!

I got it back together just in time for a huge rainstorm to cause blackouts.

So here we sit, listening to old-time radio, broadcast by the college during power outages, enjoying Orson Wells,Lone Ranger and Father Knows Best.

Not much bass, but the stereo spread is excellent.

That's a tidy little 3-piecer you've managed to acquire and I like the ease of access once the box is open. Nice one.

I like these radios if you replace the woofers with some more modern speakers these things come to life, the center section has plenty of power you just can't apply it to the speakers.

I had one of these too, I agree that changing those speakers really make it BLAST.
