Hahaha! No offense meant, RA, but my first thought was the Sanyo MW-210.  However, nice PS skills.

Funny how small the speakers look in this version.
Apparently they look bigger, when closer together.
Interesting. :hmmm:

Sanyo M-W210, haha!!

Hey VS, if that 4 deck JVC existed, I'm sure we'd just rip out the decks to make room for a big woofer! :-D

Hey FD, that totally looks like the Sanyo MW 210. I carried one of those for years. Not a big performer, but it was reliable. Wouldn't mine having another one!

As I fail to recall real well, in the earliest days my collecting disease, a few other sicko's were discussing their plight on a funny colored page by eve called the boombox museum discussion board.

There dwelleth one beanhead, amongst others, whom I believe in recovery is now known worldwide as retro (addict).

Everything in this post may be wrong.

I'm very confused here as to the meaning of the above posts. Who is beanhead?

Can anyone shed any light?

If we're on about the Hitachi 3D 'museum', we're definately talking about isolator42. But please tell me, who or what is beanhead.

Oh Lasonic TRC-920 :-O, must you agree that my twin-deck M70 looks like a Sanyo cheapy?! ;-)

Resembles! only Resembles!

I had one of those Sanyo's......I only wished it could have had the JVC build quality!

I've had an M-W200, which looks identical to the M-W210 apart from different colour schemes and graphics. I must say I really loved that box. The quality wasn't bad at all for a cheap box. Yeah, it didn't have bass and treble controls, and it had next to no bass in the sound, but boy could it crank, and sound really clear without distorting! FM Stereo sound was particularly impressive. I got rid of it only because both cassette decks didn't work, and I desperately needed the space too. In fact, I kinda miss that box.
