Welcome!

What a great start! :hi: :hi: :hi:

Most of us had very humble beginnings.
I started with mono boxes back in 1977, had stereo box in 1979 and still adding more and more boxes to my collection. The fun never ends!

GF777 is one of the best boomboxes one can have. There are lots great members here who knows a lot about boomboxes and to solve most of the problems.

Congratulations, Jasatc77! The 777 was my first boombox when I started collecting too.

I wish you all the luck I've had and more to land more of your dream radios!

Rock On.

Welcome to Boomboxery and I might have to agree with everyone else,
Very nice first pick!!
That was my second box right after the JVC M-70

BTW I like your retro 80's avatar!

The GF 777 was my first boombox too, not no heavy, not to big, with other speakes a much better sound (long story...) and the batteries are not fast empty... you can hear hours and hours with 10 D Cells with a high volume. The Tapedeck is great and easy for change the rubbers (but not the pinch rollers).

congratulation for that cool Box
