Hey Max, what is the red boombox?

Just came in today sent from a friend in the US :-)
It is a Sharp QT-70 with Autoreverse and some awesome LEDs that show the tape direction, pretty cool, fully working :-D

I love the Sharp QT Max, I have the QT-37, but not working properly.

I almost never see them, either for sale or in the wild.

Great stuff Max! Lovely collection.

I have a blue QT-70! It doesn't work though..
But I do have the original box!

Rock On.

I need one of those Casio boomboxes.
I know what the piano sounds like, but I've always wondered,
What does the box sound like with cassette or Pod?

Cheers OSS :afro:

The computer system in the cassette deck is AWESOME! You can say you want to listen to title 3, then 6 and then 1 and it plays it in that order by entering it on the number pad!
It has very good sound for its smaller speakers, very good quality. iPod sounds just as good as the tape and radio is perfect, too!
if I were to judge, this is probably my coolest boombox in my collection concerning its functions!
Only flaw I really do not like about it: You cannot directly record you keyboard sessions on a cassette :'-( (with the line-out and another boombox it works though  ).
And it has quite a bit of background hissing and noise when you turn it up, I guess that might be due to all the functions and stuff...maybe it is only a problem with mine and it needs inside cleaning but I am afraid of even thinking about its guts
