Follow up

Replace 4 belts, 1 idler lift spring ,Idler tire.. blah blah...

and DSCN9554.jpgDSCN9556.jpgmic grill.

It is very tricky to align the VU meters when you put the front cover. Sony used a adhesive back up foam to place them above the cassette area. I had to use an adhesive tape and roll it and secure it there. Careful! It is very easy to break those VU meters.
