I'm back with another acquisition - Sony FH-313

Hi all, been away for a while due to moving to a new place etc but the dust has finally settled and I can get back to the important business of buying old and broken audio gear !!

I've just added a Sony FH-313 to my stable for ten bucks - belts are done in the deck but all else is working OK. It actually sounds really nice with the Super Acoustic Turbo engaged (SAT). Its a black box but looks quite sweet and man the speakers are solid ! How many portables have wood veneered speakers ???

Going to get it cleaned up and belts sorted and then report back.

Those were earlier FH models but they are considered mini components.

Would have been nice if they had a battery compartment but with the power they generate I believe the batteries would have been drained in a matter of minutes.
