Thanks a bunch - I contacted members of other forums I am on to see if I can find someone to help. 700+ cassettes and all the wall shelves for $50 is giving them away.

Yep, since Sept 2010  .

Went from a buddy of mine in Vermont to another friend in Pensylvania. Then moved with that friend of mine from PA to Ohio just a few weeks ago. Now, this weekend May 21-22 friends of mine from Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI are heading to Ohio for a car meet that I have to miss to be in a wedding :-/ .

My plan was to pick them up in Ohio personally but this works well too ;-) .

Those 2-3 guys will bring the collection to either Chi-town or Milwaukee and I can pick them up there  . Almost 9 months in the making and then I am going to P-A-R-T-Y! :breakdance:

Here is a pic I got from my PA friend wrapping up the collection:

Because of the generostity of the friends I have on CEG (contour enthusiast group) we managed to get over 150# worth of 700+ cassettes and the 8 wooden display/storage racks from Vermont to Pennsylvania to Ohio and finally to Wisconsin without shipping them.

Special thanks to all my pals that helped or offered to help.

Also a specail thanks to my friend Kyle for picking up Master Z's Lasonic 975 for me on his way through Ohio.

I drove about 3.5 hours round trip to pickup the cassettes from my friend Josh and then to Kyles for the boombox, then came back home.
