I finally got over my beach box phobia

Wife and I went to the beach. I took my practical box of choice for traveling and away we went. This trip I decided to get over my phobia of taking any of my boxes onto the beach because of sand getting in it and such. So I grabbed my box, marched my azz down to the beach, plopped my butt in my chair and my box on the sand. From 10AM to 5PM I stayed out playing tunes and got a few thumbs up. My box went out every day that week and came back unscathed. Not so much as one particle of sand got on it and it made the trip down and back safely. Glad I did it. From playing tunes in the room while making Breakfast....to late night drinking and tunes this thing lasted all day thanks to that 5Ah battery. Just a great little box :-)

Great pics man and great choice of travel box, the DJ Tech with the battery upgrade is amazing :thumbsup:

I want that breakfast !. I would trade a box for hash brown potatoes scrambled eggs , bacon ,muffins, coffee lol. I could eat and drink everything in those pictures.

All fun aside that's cool hanging with a boomer especially at the beach!

I hear these sounds just as good as the Panasonic RX-DT680 is that fact. Because the RX-DT680 has a good bass sound, but overall it sounds bad ass. It's so unfortunate that RX-DT680 CD and Tape decks usually goes bad. I keep mine in the car and use it at work to listen to the tuner. I've had three of the RX 680s and all had the same issue. Too bad for the RX-DT680 they have a kick ass Bi-Amp but other than that the decks are no good.
